Claims Analyst

 

 

 

Summary:
Primarily responsible for the management and collection of current and past due invoices, researching chargebacks, compiling and distributing monthly A/R reports, issuing and offsetting of credits, and working with the sales team to resolve all A/R, A/P and chargeback issues.

 

Accountabilities:
Collection of past due invoices and adjustments as needed
Research chargebacks
Order releasing
Account reconciliation
Monthly reports (Excel)

 

Qualifications:
High School graduate mandatory; some college a plus
2 – 3 years related experience
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint experience
Must be willing to work OT as needed
Able to multi-task in a busy environment and work well with the team
