Due to our growth, Toshiba Business Solutions Texas/NM has an exciting opportunity for a Collections Representative in San Antonio, Texas

 

Minimum Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years in customer service, strong math skills, strong computer skills to include; Excel & Word. Must have strong research and problem-solving skills, must be able to multi-task, and possess excellent phone skills.

 

Primary job duties will include: Contact delinquent Business customer accounts, research billing errors and customer billing questions. New customer account set up, release customer holds, generate customer statements, and other related accounting/collection duties.

 

We require a team player with a positive attitude to join our team. Must be available immediately and have at least 3 references.
