Reporting directly to the CFO, this key role will have full responsibility for managing the design, implementation and administration of the broad-based compensation programs for the company. This position will lead the ongoing management and administration of the broad-based compensation programs and processes and will lead coordination between compensation vendors and the company.Essential Skills:The Compensation & Benefits Manager will be in a position to clearly demonstrate the value-added nature that a well-run compensation and benefits strategy can have on the organization. The selected individual will have a clear and direct impact on the design and implementation of high performance compensation programs that meet the business objectives while conforming to the Company’s reward strategy.Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience as well as a minimum of 7 years of Human Resources experience including significant experience with compensation and benefits plan design. Candidate must have excellent organizational skills including, but not limited to, the ability to handle multiple demands and assignments, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently, and the ability to manage resource procurement and utilization.A high degree of personal integrity, ethics, and initiative and the ability to manage an effective planning process (involving listening as well as data collection and analysis) designed to integrate benefits and compensation strategies into the company’s core objectives are a must.The ideal candidate will be able to assess the effectiveness of existing structures and programs and develop, advocate for and implement a set of strategic goals and plans..Additional Information: Travel Percentage: 15%
