Construction Facilities and Engineering (CFE) Global Program Manager
Job Responsibilities:
APC-MGE is seeking a Construction Facilities and Engineering (CFE) Global Program Manager reporting to the VP, Global Channel Programs.
The CFE Program Manager is responsible for the development of strategic and targeted marketing programs designed to increase APC CFE Partner sales of APC-MGE solutions world-wide. This individual will work in partnership with Strategic Marketing, Product Management, Communications, Marketing Operations, Public Relations and Sales to create and successfully deliver consistent and effective marketing programs for APC’s CFE Partner Community. Responsibilities include ensuring a clear and compelling portfolio of sales tools and training plans/programs are made available to our CFE channel partners in order to facilitate the acquisition and retention of these partners. This person will be tasked with developing a program to drive long term loyalty, track results and conduct analysis to determine and recommend most effective CFE marketing programs. The CFE Program Manager will report to the VP Global Channel Programs and will be responsible for managing the CFE MDF budget and maximizing the impact of marketing dollars spent on CFE Programs to ensure highest ROI.
Develop tactical programs to support the channel development methodology (conversion recipe) for CE, Design Build Firms, and Contractors.
Develop a CFE Communications Plan (list acquisition, email blasts, Webinar, white papers of the month, etc, etc).
Develop plans to recruit contractors into the new channel programs.
Develop/Pilot a "Certified CE Designer Program".
Responsible for driving local events at the SETC and at local Rep Firm demo centers.
Manage CFE partner scorecard, entitlement and analysis - track and report status of certified partners.
• Align APC with key associations that surround CFE partners and/or facilities decision makers
• Help drive the Marcom plan to support overall CFE efforts (pr, ads, etc)
• Develop sales tools (binders, etc) to support CFE Partners
• Develop marketing tools (personal pages, etc) to support CFE Partners
• Work with the LOBs, etc to coordinate efforts
• Provide marketing and communications support to the Rep Firms
The selected candidate will have following skills:
High degree of proficiency in PC applications, especially all Microsoft Office Applications. Experience with databases, Microsoft Excel and analysis tools. Ability to create and run queries, create and generate reports. Experience working with PRM systems
Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation). The candidate must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, be a team player and have the ability to succeed in cross-functional team environment. The candidate must display a strong focus on achieving results and exceeding goals and objectives, and be self motivated and results driven. Must be a detail-oriented with strong prioritization and decision-making skills in a tight-deadline environment. Sharp analytical skills and ability to process data into actionable results. Strong quantitative analysis skills coupled with solid business foundation, particularly in direct marketing topics. Must be flexible and able to handle changes in priorities. High level of enthusiasm and energy.
