Job Responsibilities:
Consulting Engineer Specialist position accountable for the promotion and sale of a Automation & Control products under the direction of the Water Wastewater Competency Center Sales Manager. Special focus on Major Water Wastewater consulting firms. Position will be regional in scope. Coordinates Automation & Control Product and Services promotional strategies with local sales teams & Water Wastewater Competency Center. Serves as a resource and/or liaison to provide technical information to internal and external groups. Services external consulting engineers to enhance and uphold Schneider Electric's image and products. Partners with customers and external consulting engineers to develop communications and reliance on Schneider Electric products and services. Conducts technical training, product presentations, and provides technical assistance as necessary. Develops new sales opportunities and addresses the needs of larger accounts. Utilizes excellent product, competitor and customer knowledge to act as a consultant for high-level customer contacts regarding customer's present and future needs. Encourages partnering as a means toward account penetration and increased profitability. 10 years of experience required, minimum of 5 years of experience with Automation products.
