Contract Recruiter (San Diego, CA)


Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Recruiter proactively identifies qualified talent to fill open positions and to keep abreast of industry news, changes and trends. Responsibilities will also include: Interview and screen applicants, you will develop creative sourcing strategies.  We are looking for someone with a passion for quality/excellence who is a team player and calm under pressure yet have a strong sense of operational urgency. Developing business unit staffing methods, forecasting, source development, cost analysis and process development/improvement.


Job Requirements:

·  5+ year of technical recruiting experience

· Regular interaction with all levels of management, especially executive level

· Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

· Excellent ability to multi-task

· Strong sourcing skills and a developed network of degreed technical professionals

· Ability to handle multiple requirements and a high volume of activity

· Exposure to Applicant Tracking System desired

· Prior corporate recruiting experience is highly preferred.

· Ability to consult and make recommendations regarding staffing plans and staffing strategy.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
