Copier Service Technician

We currently have immediate opening for a Field Service Technician to service our customers in Brunswick, Columbus and New Hanover Counties in North Carolina. 

 

 

 

Position summary:

The copier service technician provides customer service by maintaining, servicing and repairing office equipment at customer locations within the assigned territory.

 

Position responsibilities:

·Set up and prepare new copier/fax/scanner equipment for install.

·This position is responsible for on-site repair and maintenance of copier/fax/scanner equipment.

·Refurbish used equipment, which includes cleaning and repairing.

·Assist with warehouse duties and serve as back up for delivery driver.

·Provide outstanding support by meeting customers needs in a courteous and timely manner.

 

Qualifications include:

Candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates with bachelor degree or technical school certificate are preferred. Candidates with 2 or more years of copier/printer repair experience are preferred. Excellent customer service and trouble shooting skills are essential. Strong technical and mechanical ability, outstanding communication skills are essential.
