Technifax Office Solutions, an authorized dealer for world-class document imaging companies Kyocera and Konica Minolta, is looking for energetic, self-motivated, detailed copier and IT technicians to assist in our continuing growth in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We are seeking someone who possesses a minimum of 2 to 5 years field experience and strong customer service skills in the copier industry. Full line Kyocera Mita or Konica Minolta color is preferred. Knowledge of network technology and working with Microsoft Excel is a must for IT positions. A qualified candidate will also possess excellent organizational and time-management skills and a superior work ethic. MCSE is a plus. Fiery knowledge is a plus.



Copier Technician Responsibilities Include:

• Performing service calls in the Dallas/Ft Worth area.

• Maintaining up to date knowledge of equipment for service.

• Maintaining accurate car stock inventory.



IT Copier Technician Responsibilities Include:

• Performing service calls in the Dallas/Ft Worth area.

• Maintaining up to date knowledge of equipment for service.

• Performing the network connect on new installations of equipment.
