Brief Description:

The Corporate Trainer is responsible to deliver and develop both technical and non-technical training programs for various departments within Guardian. Their focus will be on delivering Training to all employees.  This training will cover the detailed aspects of the products and services offered by Guardian and to promote the standardization of processes within Guardian and its regional offices.

 

 

 

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

· Deliver ILT, Web training to various audiences.

· Work with Subject Matter Experts and other training personnel in the development of new programs and the maintenance of existing programs.

· Stay current with changes in the security and home technologies arenas.

· Assist in the needs assessment process for developing new training programs.

· Participate in the creation and delivery of valid exercises designed to provide effective hands-on practice to new and existing technicians.

· Work with training management and departmental managers to conduct certification exams.

Education Requirements:

BS in Construction Technology, Business, Psychology, or Training and Development
