Creative Development Campaign Manager

Job Responsibilities:
The Campaign Manager is responsible for driving creation and regionalization of communications (print design, multimedia, and web) as they relate to campaign development, graphic effectiveness, brand development, brand positioning, and integrated design and marketing. By interfacing with marketing, sales, product and business strategy leaders the Campaign Manager will develop briefs that provide direction for messages, programs, brands and concepts that drive go-to-market campaigns. The Campaign Manager is also responsible for supporting the Art Director in communication of campaign strategies and assets to the business for global use and implementation. Leading others to develop highly effective and clear brand communications through all relevant and targeted media (Advertising, Magazines, Packaging, Retail, Direct Marketing, Web, Interactive, Video, etc.) across all lines of business globally is primary to the role.
Essential Functions:
30% Interface with Strategy and Subject Matter Experts to Develop Campaign Brief and Scope of Work 10% Communicate briefs and present scope of work to communications team 10% Develop Regionalation brief and asset version plan 30% Provide Art Direction and lead clear, compelling communication across all relevant + targeted media 30% Track campaign execution and provide roll-up of status reports from communications team leaders 10% Analyze campaign response and results and course correct messaging 10%
Education:
Bachelors in Design/Marketing or related area
Experience:
Sr. Design, Art Direction, or Design/Project Manager 5-10 years experience in Agency or Corporate Agency
Knowledge/Skills:
Project Management Leadership Process Management Relationship Management Microsoft Office, Visio, PowerPoint Microsoft Project Campaign Management
