We currently have an opening in our Finance Department for a Credit – Collection Analyst.

 

Responsibilities:Administer the Company’s credit and collection policies, practices, and procedures on a daily basis with a designated number of customer accounts.Work independently to analyze request for credit and plan investigation thru Dun & Bradstreet and customer references.Carry out the established program for the follow up and collection of customer balances.Processes credit card changes for approval or decline and take the necessary action if problematic. Provide monthly profile of cash collections by customer to achieve monthly Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) Goal.Provide monthly analysis and metrics to management detailing the performance of the receivable portfolio.

 

Requirements:Experience with an integrated accounts receivable system a must.  Must be proficient in Excel and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. JD Edwards experience preferred.BA/BS Preferred.
