Position Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing OEM specific programs from conception to production. This includes general coordination and communication management, authoring and maintaining the program scope document, creating and maintaining the detailed program schedule, identifying and actively managing program risks and associated mitigation and contingency plans, planning and managing the cost associated with the program. He/she must also provide leadership to the cross-functional program team comprised of Engineering, Manufacturing and Marketing personnel. The candidate will provide the planning and engineering management of the OEM products, from conception through End of Service. The candidate must have 4+ years experience managing large programs from conception to production, delivering revenue-generating products, and interfacing with customers. Program management experience in a high-tech field involving software and hardware is desired. Experience with MS Project or equivalent scheduling software is required. Experience in development or certification of complex hardware and/or software systems is desired. Experience with personnel management is desired.
