As a Customer Service Assistant I, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via telephone and email, researching and resolving customer billing issues, and performing data entry and order processing. *3-5 years of directly related experience in an area of specialization such as general accounting/credit & collection; cash application; accounts payable/receivable; payroll; customer service; order processing, billing, leasing experience*High school diploma or equivalent*Excellent customer service, and oral and written communication skills*Solid analytical, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills*Knowledge of accounting/payroll systems and billing/invoicing and order entry processes*High level of computer literacy, especially Excel (a must), and order processing skillsOnly those candidates meeting the above requirements will be contacted.
