TeleHealth Services (an ITOCHU company), a leading provider of integrated television, video systems (MATV & RF distribution) and IT solutions to the healthcare market, seeks a Customer Service Manager to manage customer relationships and field service technicians. 

 

This position requires a college degree or equivalent work experience and 4 years of Service management experience, preferably in the electronics or healthcare arenas.  Excellent management skills, a strong customer service orientation and above average written and verbal business communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills are also required.  Strong technical ability or a general knowledge of interactive television systems, RF, and Satellite systems is preferred.
