Job Responsibilities:

SUMMARY: Excellent and professional telephone communication skills are essential and the ability to handle a high volume of incoming calls. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for operating a computer keyboard to input alphabetic and numeric information from source documents with accuracy. Respond to customers and sales representatives regarding placement of orders, and analyze individual situations and take appropriate action to ensure customer needs are met. Expedite orders, responsible to review and proof orders, expedite change requests and follow up.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES include the following. Other duties may be added.
*Compile, sort and verify accuracy of data to be entered.
*Enter alphabet and numeric data from source documents into the system with accuracy. *Entry of corrections, changes and adjustments as per directives.
*Answer incoming phone calls concerning orders, shipping and inventory inquiries. *Strive to provide ‘same day service' in all customer needs - return calls within one hour.
