Customer Service Representative Trainee

Saint Petersburg, Florida based printed circuit board manufacturer with global manufacturing facilities, is looking for a minimum of one Technical Customer Service Representative Trainee. The Technical CSR Trainee will be taught to assist CSRs in coordinating the manufacturing of custom product. They will play a critical role in assisting in the effective communication of information from local and Asian manufacturing and logistics teams. They will assist in customer service activities as a team member. Trainees may be possibly be given the opportunity to work directly with a smaller account/s until they are fully trained and can progress to expand their customer interfacing activities. Technical CSR Trainees are expected to progress and be promoted to the role of Technical CSRs near term. Come prepared to show computer literacy and organization skills. The appropriate candidates must be willing to work in a detailed and fast paced environment. Electronics or PCB background would be helpful, sales, purchasing and/or accounting background could also be beneficial.

Full time position offers salary, plus commission after completion of training process, major medical, 401k and education reimbursement.
