DESIGN ENGINEER, RF TECHNOLOGY

EPCOS, Inc. (Electronic Parts and Components) manufactures and markets state-of-the-art electronic components for a variety of applications.  Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) products are among the most essential elements of modern information technology.  We currently have an excellent opportunity which offers considerable challenge and growth in a progressive, fast-paced and dynamic environment.  As part of our team, the successful candidate will feel the excitement of working for the largest manufacturer of SAW products and RF modules in the world.

Our development group seek an engineering professional to design and develop high tech, customized microstructures and to be th technical focal point for our customers in close cooperation with product marketing.  The ideal candidate will have an electrical engineering degree or equivalent (MSEE or PhD preferred) with emphasis on RF/wireless technology and experience with SAW filter and duplexer design and measurement equipment.  Familiarity with UNIX, circuit technology, mobile communication technology, or wave phenomena a plus.  Experience with RF design tools like HFSS is desirable. 

Must be team and results oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.  Approximately 25% travel is required.
