DIRECTOR OF SERVICES AND SOLUTIONS

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to serve as Director of Services & Solutions in the Minneapolis and St. Paul market. High energy drive, creativity and an excellent customer service attitude are a must. This position reports to the District Automation Sales Manager.  COMPANY PROFILE: EESCO is a Division of WESCO International, Inc. Major markets include commercial and industrial firms, OEM's, contractors, government agencies, educational institutions, telecommunications businesses and utilities. EESCO offers an attractive compensation and benefit package and is an EEOC/AA employer. RESPONSIBILITIES:  Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing programs for Training, Repair, Support and Engineering Services products to achieve corporate goals. Integrate with company’s sales force and business partners in providing technical expertise in demonstrating their products. Analyze market conditions, develop an annual business plan and coordinate its implementation. Motivate, support, and lead outside sales reps to proactively implement business plan. Deliver sales presentations to key clients. Provide pre sales support as commercially required for Training, Repair, Support and Engineering Services.  Some post sales support may be required when commercial needs dictate. Call on customer representatives at all levels at industrial end user and OEM organizations to convince prospective clients of desirability of products and services offered. Assume additional responsibilities as required   IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:  A minimum of a four-year business/marketing or technical degree, and/or 3 to 5 years of experience in sales of contractual service products is preferred.  A combination of relevant experience and education will be considered. Self-motivated, energetic and creative, confident, bright and articulate. Have strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills backed up by an open, team-oriented approach. Be very comfortable presenting to clients and sales force. Knowledge of Rockwell Automation  products a plus but not required
