Position Summary:Our FPGA design team is seeking an outstanding team member to help us bring new non-volatile FPGA's from design to market and provide reliable solutions to our customers. In this exciting role you will be designing and integrating configuration and FLASH cores into our FPGA's, along with other members of our design team, to advance the technology solutions in the FPGA market.Accountabilities:-RTL design experience.-Design individual circuit blocks using an analog simulator.-Interface with layout to provide guidance and insure that electrical performance meets specifications.-Perform logic and circuit design verification.-Perform block and full chip functional analysis using Verilog and other logic verification tools.-Develop test specifications and test patterns for products. -Device debug and analysis of characterization data.-Work closely with product and test engineering to ensure smooth migration to production.-Lead design project or significant block development providing project schedules, managing design team tasks and regularly informing management of progress.-Interface with Technology Group to jointly develop structures and design rules for new devices. Qualifications:-BS/MS/PhD Electrical Engineering. -3+ years industry related experience.-RTL design experience.-Background in transistor-level circuit design a plus. -Extensive experience with logic simulation (Verilog).-High level of UNIX proficiency.-Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with multiple groups.-Must be detail oriented with strong customer service skills. -High level of PC skills with knowledge of MS Office Suite.Our total compensation package includes a comprehensive medical and dental insurance plan, 401K match, employee stock purchase plan and 3 weeks of vacation.Lattice Semiconductor is one of the world's leading designers of programmable logic technology.
