At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Direct Marketing Manager in our Alpharetta, GA location. We're looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented individual to define, execute, and direct the marketing activities that will generate high-quality leads for strategic Value-Added Resellers / customers. The Direct Marketing Manager will work internally with our marketing managers and externally with VARs/customers, suppliers and approved marketing services vendors. Responsibilities will include: - Working with our approved Direct Marketing agency to manage lead generation direct marketing campaigns including campaign creation, execution, analysis, and reporting - Developing unique market targeting strategies through appropriate segmentation - Driving direct marketing innovation, such as lead nurturing, automated life-cycle messaging and trigger-based, automated email programs - Leading project-related relationships with approved vendors such as print and mail house, lead generation companies, list brokers, and creative agencies - Acting as a campaign liaison, interacting with various internal clients to ensure campaigns are kept on schedule and on target - Utilizing past experience to increase campaign effectiveness and improve campaign results - Proactively communicating internally, particularly to the sales force before, during, and after all major programs, to gain input, build trust, and increase effectiveness BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/Marketing - Minimum 5 years direct marketing experience working in the B2B industry - Effective verbal and written communication - Excellent interpersonal skills - Proven Microsoft Suite skills, including intermediate skills in Excel and Powerpoint - Project and budget management experience - Demonstrated success with programs that lead to increased revenue - Ability to travel up to 20% of the time PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Channel marketing experience - Experience in technical industry We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, which includes tuition reimbursement, employee stock ownership plan, health and dental plans, 401(k), and a unique sabbatical program.
