Principle Accountibilities:   The Director will: Work with business segments and manufacturings sites to understand Supply Chain processes and procedures. Develop solutions using LEAN techniques to optimize Supply Chain Value Stream Management. Provide instruction to Global Procurement executives and staff on LEAN processes for Supply Chain. Work with Sites, Segements, IT and other entities to implement identified LEAN solutions. Work with WW Materials LEAN SME to synchronize LEAN supply chain solutions with WW Materials solutions. Identify and report improvement metrics.   Requirements: BS in Industrial Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant LEAN experience Some managerial experience preferred Knowledge of procurement, inventory, supplier, manufacturing, and logistic processes and practices Excellent leadership and communications skills with ability to interact at all levels of management Comfortable managing time driving projects simultaneously Software Applications:  MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Relational database usage experience perferred.
