Position Description:

In this position you will manage a team of engineers working on next generation MIMO WLAN physical algorithms. You will be responsible for taking the prodcut from concept to production. This involves co-ordinating the effort with various other teams.

Qualifications:

* 10+ years of experience in Physical layer algorithm design and simulation in Matlab/C++* Atleast 5 years of experience in OFDM based MIMO wireless systems like 802.11a/b/g/n or 802.16e* Strong insight into radio architecture / performance requirements* Ability to interact and co-ordinate with various engineering teams ( RFIC, Digital ASIC, System engineering and DVT )* Ability to take complete ownership, all the way from algorithm design to bring-up, debug and productization of physical layer chips* Atleast 5 years of experience in managing a small team
