Job Responsibilities:
Purpose/Summary

This position is accountable for establishing the Compensation, Benefits & HRIS strategy and programs that meet customer requirements and support the Corporate and HR strategies. Designs total compensation programs for all employees within Custom Sensors & Technologies (CST). Ensures integration of compensation and benefit programs with other HR processes. Oversees the development, implementation, and administration of HR Information Systems.

Essential Functions:

· Identifies and evaluates total compensation needs of the business by examining underlying strategies and objectives. Establishes the total compensation strategy and designs programs which fulfill the strategic objectives.
· Manages the design, implementation and communication of the global base and variable compensation programs.
· Manages the development, implementation, administration, and communication of benefit policies, programs, and procedures.
· Ensures that the total compensation programs are current with regard to trends, practices and costs.
· Provides leadership for the development and implementation of strategic and operating plans for HR Information Systems. Clarifies the vision, goals, strategies, action plans and measures to ensure the most cost effective and efficient services and programs.
· Implements the total compensation systems analysis and programming activities.

Job Specifications:

· 4 Year Degree or Equivalent
· 10+ Years Experience
· Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on assignments
· Supervise staffing, performance management, task responsibilities, project delegation, work planning, salary reviews
