We invite you to learn more about our opportunities at Sanmina-SCI.Director of Finance, Corporate Services This position reports directly to the Sr. Director of Finance & Controller.  The successful candidate will direct and control the financial activities of the Corporate Services Group. The executive we seek must ensure strong financial control within the Information Technology, Sales, Human Resources and Legal organizations while adhering to SOX requirements and SSCI?s financial policies and procedures.  Provide strategy and direction for major functional areas which requires in-depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, and the company?s goals. You will interact internally and externally with executive level management, and customer executives, requiring negotiation of critical matters.  SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE:Drive business/financial improvements to support achievement of the Sales, IT, HR and Legal group profitability & asset management metrics, Lead change and increase overall organizational effectiveness. Provide strong financial/business analysis, variance analysis and management reporting to support strong business decision-makingHiring, managing, and developing financial staffOversee all aspects of financial activity for Corporate Services; which may include managing headcount, compensation strategies, departmental budgets, forecasts, and month end closeM&A, restructuring analysis/involvement, as requiredEnsure the entire corporate services group?s are in compliance with SOX controls and applicable company financial policies/procedures in order to support external financial reporting requirements.  REQUIREMENTS:CPA/CMA and/or MBA with strong Finance emphasis desiredBachelor's degree required8-10 years of experience in Finance/Controller position supporting Corporate Services5+ years in a leadership roleStrong Negotiation/presentation/interpersonal skillsManufacturing industry experience with understanding of lean manufacturing concepts preferred   Please refer to job description.
