Job Title:  Director of Qualification and Reliability

Job Description:
Overall responsibility for product qualification of modules based upon revolutionary photonics in silicon technology.
Responsibilities:
Execute product qualification testing per Telcordia and generate corresponding reports.
Present qualification and reliability data to customers.Resolve customer issues; respond to customers' requests for corrective action.Implement and supervise RMA system.Provide process improvements based on validation testing and in-process defect data.Work with mechanical, electrical, packaging and manufacturing engineers to improve cost effective, manufacturable product designs.Solve manufacturing and quality problems.International travel periodically required.
Background:
BS, MS or PhD in Engineering or equivalent.Minimum of 5 years related experience.Experience implementing a Quality System per ISO standards.Experience with customer interaction.
