Director of Sales, Engineered Parts

Our Twin Cities client, a leading third party manufacturer who is experiencing tremendous growth and success, seeks a Director of Sales.

 

The Director of Sales will be responsible for profitability, sales growth and effective use of assets to expand the business and achieve business unit objectives.  Also, this person will direct lead generation through ongoing marketing, internet programs, e-mail blasts, tradeshows and other traditional lead generation channels. 

 

The ideal candidate will have progressively responsible related experience in business management, sales and marketing.  They should possess demonstrated knowledge of managing and developing a sales organization in a high-tech, e-commerce or commercial service industry with proven understanding of e-commerce marketing and sales strategies.
