Director of Tax & Treasury

High growth, publicly traded high tech/manufacturing company is looking to add a Director of Tax & Treasury to its growing finance team.  This is a very high level and highly visible position and would report directly to the CFO.  The company has grown aggressively over the past 3 years with annual revenue up 15 - 20% consistently over the past 3 years (approx $300M in FY06).  The company's stock is up 25% in the past 12 months, and they are the market leader in their space.



This person would be responsible for owning the Corporate Tax & Treasury function on a global scale.  Primary responsibilities will include international and state and local tax/treasury strategies and planning, policies, relative SOX 404, internal controls, and SEC support, the set-up of legal entities, and the overall management of the company's effective tax rate.  This person will also supervise, train, and mentor Tax and Treasury Analysts and should be an excellent communicator, leader, and cross-functional team player.



The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of tax experience including provision, compliance, international, audit, indirect (VAT & sales/use tax), customs & duties, and M&A activity.  Extensive experience in FAS 109, FAS 123R, FIN 48 disclosures, and other relative matters are also necessary.  Masters in Taxation and CPA are strongly desired.  The company offers a competitive compensation package which includes base, bonus (consistently paid out), options, and a great work environment.
