Job summary:

Interpret and communicate policies and procedures to Fluke personnel and distributors in support of

sales through Fluke’s distributor network.  Administer contracts in support of these policies.

Responsible for organizing and maintaining distribution contract files. 

 

Responsibilities:

· Maintain constant communications with all involved departments, representatives, distributors, sales management and field sales personnel to process questions, and assist in resolving problems and variances, that may occur during channel/contract set-up or over the term of the agreement.

· Process set-up and termination of individual contracts.  Ensure proper contract document requirements have been received and completed including initial orders and credit approval.  Communicate changes to market development manager, field sales personnel, order entry administrators and internal personnel.

· Plan, revise, communicate and distribute price sheets for all authorized Fluke distributors in accordance with the terms of the contracts.  Maintain price list revision files.

· Prepare and communicate contractual actions to applicable representatives and/or distributors and sales personnel.

· Maintenance of Oracle system which supports distribution order entry.

· Develop and implement internal systems and procedures in support of distribution contract administration.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

· High school education and 5 years previous experience in customer service, sales staff, order administration or equivalent. 

· Previous experience in electronics/distribution environment is desirable.

· Knowledge of Company systems including Oracle. 

· Demonstrated proficiency in related PC software applications. 

· Good interpersonal and effective communications skills.

· Knowledge of related company policies and procedures as well as contract construction. 

· Requires a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and organization.  This position deals directly with customers.
