Document Control Coordinator

Perform document control functions such as data entry, filing, copy and distribution of documentation. Assist engineers in creating pictorial instructions and process set-up sheets. Maintain engineering documentation, make necessary updates as required. Interface with Engineering and Manufacturing regarding release of engineering documentation. Enter parts, descriptions, cost and updates into the MRP system. Assist in assuring support of the Quality System and issuance of Quality Manual changes. Enter BOMs, process Routings, in the database. Review customer documentation for completeness and accuracy. Enter part numbers, descriptions, cost and AML into the MRP system. Maintain Engineering Documentation files. File, photocopy, and distribute documentation. Incorporate and process ECOs, Pre-buys, APARs, QANs, RMAs, TDAs and DCNs in timely manner. Assist engineers in creating ECNs, DCNs, DFT work instructions, Process Setup Sheets, TDAs, APARs, QANs, and document packages. Perform data tracking and recording in Access Database. Assist in creation, update and maintenance of engineering drawings and documentation. Create Quality data program for quality system. Interface with engineering and manufacturing regarding release and distribution of engineering and quality documentation. Update the Material Safety Data Sheets as required. Handle multiple projects and priorities in a teamwork environment and perform job functions in a timely manner. High School Graduate. Computer literate. Type 50 wpm.
