Your primary responsibility is to actively work with design engineers to establish proper structure and design of electrical schematic symbols used in Cadence Concept (Allegro design entry) tool. You will be responsible to maintain the current library of symbols used and to help approve new symbols being requested by design engineers worldwide. Responsibilities:Verify and approve new symbols being created, recommend any necessary feedback to adhere to common design practices. Maintain current library of components, proactively creating guidelines to design engineering for establishing consistency in the schematic symbols created. Working with other engineering teams to help new ways of optimizing process of creating symbols and working with cadence to improve efficiency for large scale BGA design flow. Close integration with component engineering within NVIDIA to help provide solutions for integration into PDM-link. Minimum Requirements:BSEE or MSEE Minimum three years prior experience in similar activates described above. Require extensive experience in Cadence Concept (Allego Design Entry) symbol creation process. Capable to work as a leader, effective communication skills and ability to create new effective processes to help design engineering in new symbol creation. Prior knowledge of complete design flow process for Cadence schematic to layout and understanding of PCB symbol creation process. EOE
