At present, we have an excellent opportunity for an ECS Inside Account Manager - HP in our Alpharetta, GA location. The Senior Inside Sales Account Representative will be responsible for day-to-day sales and customer service activities for assigned accounts. The Representative assists in determining and understanding Solution Provider/VARs requirements for Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) product offerings and services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Build, manage, and retain customer relationships with assigned Arrow ECS business partners - Provide complete, accurate and timely configurations and proposals to our partners for HP solutions - Achieve high level of product and program knowledge for HP solutions - Identify, collect, and manage each business partners' opportunities and use those opportunities to generate forecasts - Maintain industry leading customer satisfaction rating by providing timely, professional, and accurate responses to business partners - Manage profitability of assigned accounts by reviewing backlog, invoices, order packets, special bids, allowances, etc. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - College degree with technical training and/or experience - Minimum three years relevant experience - Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with personnel at all organizational levels. - Demonstrated ability to successfully complete and maintain Vendor education and certification requirements - Demonstrated independent management of day-to-day activities - Experience in a work environment requiring frequent change in strategies to meet changed priorities - Experience in a business environment evaluating impact of decisions PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - HP products and services sales and technical certifications - Proficient with MS Office applications - Five or more years related experience - Proficiency in salesforce.com We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, which includes tuition reimbursement, employee stock ownership plan, health and dental plans, 401(k), and a unique sabbatical program.
