ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

 PRINCIPAL ENGINEER / ENGINEERING MANAGER 

 We are looking for a talented engineer  to become a member of the management team of a rapidly growing company in North East Philadelphia.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION  
 
     The ideal candidate must have the following experience:
   *  Project management experience, which includes the development of projects from inception to completion
   *  Results oriented leader with excellent people and organizational skills
   * Able  to deal with a variety of tasks at the same time
   *  Meet project deadlines
   * Experience with Micro based hardware and software
   * Experience interviewing, hiring , and overseeing a team of technical personnel. 
 
EDUCATION AND REQUIRED SKILLS
 
   * B.S. in electrical engineering or computer science
   * Minimum 10 years  experience
   * Proven ability to work as a member of a management team in a team oriented collaborative environments
   * Strong planning and management skills
   * Excellent written and verbal skills
   *Experience designing  and overseeing  the design and development  of micro based products
   * Working technical knowledge of current software protocols and internet standards
   * Knowledge of embedded C and C++,  Pic or similar asm
   * Knowledge of video software desirable---video / audio -streaming, decoding and encoding [mpeg 1-4]
