Job Title:  Electro-Optical Test Technician

Job Description:
Overall responsibility for testing, characterizing and trouble shooting opto-electronic assemblies and transfer to manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Perform experimental lab measurements.Perform electro-optic testing and characterization.Work with optical, mechanical, electrical and manufacturing engineers to implement cost effective, manufacturable product designs.
Background:
Associate Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum of 3 years of related experience.Experience with electro-optical testing and characterization a major plus.Previous experience with electrical troubleshooting required.Lab experience with optical measurements and optical test equipment strongly desired.Programming experience, such as Visual Basic, is a plus.
