Installation/Maintenance/Repair Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Company: Synerfac Technical Staffing Contact: Jon Egbert Email: Apply by Email Website: www.synerfac.com Electronics Assembler Electronics Manufacturing Production Assembler  PRIMARY PURPOSE: Assemble and solder printed circuit board assemblies, assist in operation of manufacturing equipment to support production and assembly objectives.    1.  Perform component preparation and insertion of through hole components into printed circuit boards per engineering bill of materials and assembly drawings. 2.  Perform surface mount assembly operations including solder paste application, component placement, reflow, wave solder, x-ray, in accordance with established procedures. 3. Perform solder touch-up and hand solder operations to IPC-610 standards. 4. Perform ECN modifications to printed circuit boards including trace cuts and wire jumpers. 5. Demonstrated skills, ability and attitude to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. 6. Provide support in other related factory floor functions including shipping and receiving, recordkeeping. 7. Maintains strict confidentiality of all data & information in accordance with company policies and procedures.   MINIMUM JOB REQUIRED:  (education, experience, skills, knowledge)·  Post high school technical school training in electronics·  Minimum three (3) years assembly and operations experience in electronics manufacturing builds and processes·  Competency in hand soldering both surface mount and through hole components·  Competency in reading & interpreting assembly drawings & bills of materials
