The ESE Manager will work cross-functionally with other NVIDIA teams and create internal and external partnerships to develop and deliver a variety of employee services for the Santa Clara location, including on-site “concierge” services and employee access to other nearby services. This individual will manage vendors, negotiate contracts, and communicate regularly to the organization. The ESE Manager will also develop budget proposals, as well as track and report expenditures. As with Events, the ESE Manager will be a central point of contact for employee services. In this role, the ESE Manager will maintain oversight of services offered in each NVIDIA global location, as well as partner with office managers and local HR to promote new services. Responsibilities:Provide strategic direction with various internal client groups to develop events and on-site services objectives and to maximize impact of events and services to employees Conceptualize, research, and recommend creative approaches that fully engage employees and support the Company's mission Collaborate on overall policies, procedures, etc. Manage costs and promote efficiency within Employee Services & Events for our Santa Clara site Plan and execute all logistical event components, including venue selection, design elements, technical requirements, decor, catering, recreational activities, entertainment, and budget management Collaborate with internal partners on promotional plan and event communications Implement an evaluation process for results of events and future suggestions Develop new and enhance existing employee service offerings, benchmark and evaluate programs Build relationships globally at all levels in collaboration with team members across the Company Identify potential vendors and present to management with recommended budgetary guidelines Prepare regular reporting on employee events and services and analyze results Provide guidance around events and services to other HR colleagues in remote locations, both domestic and international Manage the Service Award Program Provide back-up to Program Manager for immigration and relocation issues Minimum Requirements:5-7 years successful event management and planning experience in employee events & services programs Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and vendors Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and strong project management and analytical skills Proven ability to organize multiple tasks and to prioritize effectively Strong communication skills across all levels and functions; ability to effectively communicate programs to employees, as well as to make a business case for programs to management Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Strong customer service focus - proactively seeks out process improvements that align with Company strategy Flexible, self-motivated, and enthusiastic; quality orientation and attention to detail Comfortable in high-tech, fast-paced environment Experience in employee immigration and/or relocation desirable Bachelor’s degree or equivalent EOE
