Position Description:

In this technical leadership role, the successful candidate will be leading a team of designers working on RF transceiver subsystem IC design and development. He/she will create new circuit topologies and perform detailed transistor-level design of highly-integrated RF/mixed-signal circuits using advanced submicron CMOS technologies.Qualified candidates will have experience in complex analog/mixed signal IC's or RF transceivers in CMOS or BiCMOS RF technology. In particular, experience in one or more of the following is required:- Receivers: including blocks such as LNA's, demodulators/mixers, VGA, continuous-time or discrete time analog filters- Transmitters: including modulators/up-converters and driver amplifiers- Synthesizers: VCO's and PLL's- Mixed-signal: ADC/DAC data-convertersFamiliarity with cellular standards such as WCDMA, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, and CDMA2000 1×EV/DO is desirable. Qualifications:

MSEE with 10+ years of experience or PHD with 7+ years of experience.
