If so then read on!We are a world-class Audio Video organization growing to include a new team member who is a leader in estimating and bidding complex AV systems and designs.What You Need:~ Minimum 5 years experience estimating and creating proposals for large scale, commercial audio / visual / control projects. Engineering experience a plus. ~ Proficiency in business computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite. ~ Must have great communication skills, extreme attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.What You'll Be Doing:~ Work with sales and engineering team in order to estimate and document equipment lists and costs, shipping and receiving, labor expectations, and standard taxation for sales. ~ Work with estimating department to manage, delegate, and carry out all sales proposal activities. ~ Create criteria documents outlining system expectations and requirements. ~ Create detailed proposal documentation packages including, but not restricted to budgetary numbers, manloading requirements, project execution strategy, scheduling, company profile and history, client and project credits, staffing plans, staffing bios, etc. ~ Develop a thorough understanding of client requirements and expectations from RFP documents, drawings files, and other client provided documentation in order to develop proposals that meet client expectations and needs. ~ Provide thorough handoff of all information and documentation to the project team to ensure the highest level of communication of sold projects. ~ Manage and track all outgoing proposal requests, deadlines, requirements, and expected award dates. ~ Attend and initiate meetings related to sales development, deliverable status, estimation strategy, process improvement, and project kick-off.What's In It For You:~ Excellent Compensation Packages ~ Full benefits ~ Great Job Stability ~ Relocation Packages ~ The chance to work on the most innovative projects in the world.
