Event Management Associate Specialist

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an energetic, detail oriented individual to join our Human Resources team. As an Event Management Associate Specialist, you will support employee programs for all Canon locations.

The Event Associate Specialist will support all national HR programs and activities.  This will include coordinating service award and employee recognition celebrations, as well as regional events such as health fairs and company sponsored sports teams, etc.  The Associate Specialist will also procure all necessary items related to the programs and other offerings.

To qualify, you must possess a Bachelor's degree plus 2+  years of event management experience. Must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office). Great attention to detail and follow-up skills are imperative.  This position requires the ability to work independently and excellent communication skills are necessary.
