Partner with our top-level finance and legal executives!

In this role, you will provide extensive administrative support to and partner with the corporate executive areas of finance and legal. Specifically you will work very closely with the VP-General Counsel and SVP, Finance. On the legal side, there will be opportunities to get involved in a variety of areas, including but not limited to: corporate governance, trademark portfolio management, and due diligence. From the legal support side, you will interact with different accounting/finance functions locally and internationally including but not limited to: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Accounting, and Tax.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:Coordinate and complete complex departmental projects that support the efficiency and productivity of the department.Maintain highly confidential departmental documents to ensure central access and availability of information.Maintain executive’s appointment schedule; arrange executive meetings, conferences, and travel; prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items, issues and projects to ensure tasks are followed through to completion and department initiatives are met.Read, research, and route legal correspondence and draft letters responses as appropriate to conserve executive’s time.Maintain highly confidential legal documents, electronic databases and filing systems to ensure central access and availability of information, including working files, company trademarks and legal structure.

Qualified Candidates Will Possess:HS diploma; college degree strongly preferred7+ years of administrative experience; highly prefer experience supporting finance and legalHigh attention to detailAbility to handle confidential informationExcellent time management and written / verbal communication skillsResourcefulness with ability to research and find answersFlexibility with work, duties, and schedule, as neededAbility to prioritize and work independentlyPC proficiency with excellent typing skills
