FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER LABORATORY INSTRUMENTATION

AES – Chemunex is a leader in instrumentation in microbiology for QC and R&D laboratories throughout the world.

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide in-house and on-site technical support in North America for an established and growing customer base.

Responsibilities include instrument control before shipment, installations, on-site customer technical training, instrument diagnosis, trouble shooting, and trade show support.

The position requires a strong customer service oriented individual experienced in solving mechanical, electronics, fluidic and computer hardware/software problems.

Experience in the lab equipment field is a plus.

The position requires travel to customers across the USA

Excellent communication skills are required.

  Candidate needs to act autonomously with reliability and will involve 50 to 75% travel
