Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an File Clerk to add to our team.  This individual will be responsible for general office duties in support of the Finance, Accounting and Human Resources departments. 

 

Specific responsibilities include:Maintain file system for the Accounting Department.  This includes copying, filing, file purging, etc.Responsible for mailing all correspondence and invoices for Headquarters.  Prepares outgoing mail for pickup.  Responsible for taking company mail to the Post Office at the end of each business day.Responsible for monitoring postage meter balance.Stock paper and supplies for Headquarters office.Provide backup support for incoming Accounting calls.Performing clerical duties, data entry, and related operations functions.  Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail.  Prepare and distribute interoffice mail from Chairman of the Board, VP of Finance & Administration, Accounting Manager and HR Manager for morning and afternoon distribution.

The Preferred Candidate Will Possess:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Working knowledge or MS Office tools.Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision.Ability to organize workload for effective support of the business unit and departmental needs.
