Field Service Site Lead- CMP Equipment

 

Ebara Technologies, Inc. is seeking a motivated and effective Field Service Site Lead for our CMP division in Hillsboro, OR. 

Duties include:Leading the field service team in providing service to customer base by conducting routine maintenance, trouble-shooting procedures, and repair of electro-mechanical equipment.  Supervision of assigned field service personnel including new employee training, enforcement of departmental procedures, staffing and time off requests, and assisting in the preparation of performance evaluations.Working closely with customer on issues, concerns, training, etc.Ordering, expedition and notifying customer or management when replacement of equipment or parts is necessary.  Providing documentation of preventative maintenance, down time, or tool issues.

Qualifications:AA or BS degree in Electronics, Engineering, or equivalant experience.2 or more years experience of field service experience in a semiconductor or related industry, and direct experience with Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP) equipment.Prior management/supervisory experience preferred.Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and communication skills required.
