Finance Accounting Clerk

Position Responsibilities for Financial AccountingClerk:

 

 Maintain all contract records and properly direct costs to the relevant contracts. Review contracts for timely submission of all deliverables, coordinating with research & manufacturing staff

 Input data on a bi-weekly basis from time sheets to payroll system.  Maintain all payroll files, both electronic and paper copy.  Answer employee questions.

 Provide functional support for Human Resources.  Functions include updating of personnel records, training records, recruitment, and benefits administration.

 Assist with the marketing events, which may include advertising, direct mailing, printing, customer events, & advertising.

 Other administrative responsibilities as assigned by General Manager or Finance Manager as needed.

 

 

 

Required Qualifications:

 

· High School graduate or higher.

 

· Five (5) + years in Accounting, Human resources,Payroll, Contract administration and Marketing Support experience.

 

· Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word isrequired.

 

· Knowledge of Peachtree is a plus. 

 

· Detail oriented.
