GEM Customer Service Coordinator

TABS is a leading manufacturer and distributor of office product solutions, and has an exciting opportunity for a GEM Customer Service Coordinator to join our Electronic Imaging Division, headquartered in Irvine, CA.

 

You will be responsible for order entry of National Account orders and follow-through on customer installations, account reconciliation involving spreadsheet detailing, and preparation of billing adjustments.  You will ensure accuracy of pricing, equipment configurations, and paperwork requirements. This position involves extensive account coordination internally and externally.   Qualified candidates will have an AA or equivalent, plus a minimum of 4 years experience in order processing.  Good data entry and MS Office skills required.  Experience in Oracle a plus. Strong written and oral skills are a must.
