General Manager/President



  Our organization is a stable, well-established Electrical Fittings manufacturer that has been in business for many years. We are currently seeking an experienced General Manager/President that has experience in the Power  industry such as eto increase customer base and revenue.



Duties/Responsibilities:

-  Responsible for achieving maximum profitability by developing and implementing strategic and operational business plans.

-  Responsible for establishing action plans to achieve and exceed plan business plan goals.

-   Responsible for managing organization which includes, outside sales, marketing, material and manufacturing.

Requirements:

- 4 year technical degree, marketing a plus.

- 7-10 years experience in fast paced manufacturing environment as Plant Manager/President.

- Must have experience in Power Products and Transportation industries.

- Prior experience in Profit Center a plus.

- Experience in EHV products, Electrical fittings and Substations a huge plus.
