At present, we have an excellent opportunity for a Global Quote Specialist in our Englewood, CO location. As a Global Quote Specialist you will prepare and process global transfer opportunities by utilizing RMDS, IQ / Arrow Sales Desktop, the Arrow Global Data Warehouse (GIS), Microsoft Excel, DCD and Microsoft Access. The Bill of Material (BOM) data / parts list and various additional detail will be uploaded into a dedicated Access database to create the final output. The export will be verified for accuracy prior to informing the Global Project Manager of completion. In instances where Global Pricing is required, this role will be the SPOC to coordinate pricing from the various effected regions and prepare the combined output for review to the regional teams. In addition, this role will own the responsibility of processing data in Access to create the daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of tracking on the global transferred business opportunities. You will be involved with data entry, manipulation, and analysis around the following processes: - multi-file management - part number cleansing - manufacturer common name - file upload template creation Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Preparation and data entry of BOM's / Parts list into Arrow's IQ and Sales Desktop system - Export and import of reports from Excel, GIS, and RMDS - Processing and importing of data into the Access database - High level of formatting spreadsheets - Ability to perform in v-lookups, concatenates, text to columns, filters, and formulas - Analyze and verify large amounts of data REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - High school, plus some technical training, or college related coursework - 3 to 5 years in an electronic industry - Proficient with Micro Soft Office Suite (high use of Excel and Access) - Ability to multi-task - Proficient with Arrow Sales Desktop and IQ - Customer Service experience - Excellent Communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Ability to work in a team environment. - Proficient in applying procedures consistently - Detail oriented - Ability to learn part number formats We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, which includes tuition reimbursement, employee stock ownership plan, health and dental plans, 401(k), and a unique sabbatical program.
