Job Description – GBS Globalization Program Manager

 

RoleDrive the globalization activities in GBS R&D.Work with GBS test managers and professionals to identify all tests performed within GBS. Characterise each test by equipment required, ability to automate and ability to transfer to Malaysia.Create detailed project plans for the creation of test capabilities in Malaysia.HBA and OS Interoperability TestMS Cert TestOthers as identified by task 2 aboveDrive execution of project plans.Liaise with GBS US Sites and Malaysia, GBS Senior Management and NSS Globalization Director.

 

Candidate qualities

·  An experienced and capable test professional and project manager

·  A proven manager of change

·  Experience of storage and RAID technologies.

·  Ability to act in difficult/ambiguous business and personnel environments and situations

·  Dedicated and with the strength of purpose to complete long and difficult tasks.

·  A good communicator with the ability to sell difficult messages and to package technical information for consumption by non-technical management.

·  A natural leader
