SURFACE MOUNT GROUP LEADER - 2nd Shift

 

TIME TO MAKE A CHANGE!!  A growing contract manufacturer of electronic assemblies seeks a success driven self-starter with leadership qualities. 

 

Duties will include the ability to follow daily production schedule by assigning work to employees, ensure employees are following company policy and ISO procedures and work instructions. Record and maintain manufacturing logs and to assist in record keeping of subordinates. Communicate issues to management.



Qualified candidates will possess the following qualities:

 

·  Good Communication skills

·  Minimum two years experience

·  Ability and experience to work with and lead a group of operators

·  Ability to provide detailed information on production problems
