For our Wilmington, MA location, we are currently seeking an HR Generalist to be responsible for providing overall coordination of all HR related programs, policies, and procedures. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated professional who would thrive in a semiconductor company. The job functions include but are not limited to: Coordinating requisition processing. Tracking, routing, and updating requisition reports. Assisting in recruitment efforts and managing the hiring process. Providing support in employee relations and training initiatives. Assisting in conducting performance appraisals.Providing daily benefits administration services and other HR related matters. Administering immigration related issues. Helping to monitor the company culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction. Communicating and interpreting HR policies and procedures. Assisting with wellness, training, environmental health and safety activities and cultural communications.Other duties as assigned by the HR Director or upper management.

Requirements areBS degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a progressive Human Resources roleStrong verbal and written communications skillsDemonstrated excellent judgment and discretion in handling confidential employee mattersA candidate who has worked in high tech or an engineering environment is preferred.
