Installation Technician HTI 1

Job Description:

Travel to customers’ homes to deliver and install home theater/ multi-room audio products and provide technical advice and assistance to customers. Install fulfillment will range from basic audio/video connectivity to fishing wires through walls for home theater components. Install Techs are responsible for assisting Lead Installers with installation fulfillment. All installations must meet the highest quality standards (wire management is key), while assuring a professional and safe working environment. Installer must have strong customer service skills in order to act as a company representative in customers’ homes, and to act as a consultant while in the store.  Basic knowledge of home theater equipment is a minimum qualification. 

Basic Qualifications:

1+ years Customer Service or other related position; Sales of Home Theater equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years Customer Service / Sales in Home Theater;

1+ years Installation of Home Entertainment equipment
